FOR ALL LEVELS! COST: $86 for 8 week session Whether you are
looking for a good work-out or just a good ol' time, this class is for
you! Along with learning the basic moves of bellydancing, you'll also
be invited to feel good about your body and love your belly! Movements
to be learned will include the most fundamental hip and upper-body moves
in Bellydance such as slides, circles, lifts, drops, and figure eights.
Each class will involve breaking down a few of these moves which will
then be incorporated into combinations. Focus will be on specific muscle
engagement, isolation, and having a good time!
