| Dance Meditation with SHAMSI Sunday, August 13 10:30am - 12:30pm $30 at door, $25 pre-registration Exploratory movement, deep stretching and focused breathing lead us to new levels of self and body awareness. Join us in learning to move through new spaces and in new ways, developing a deeper rapport with these dance vessels we call bodies. Please bring Yoga Mat and/or blanket as well as writing materials (paper and pen/pencil). |
